From Excel to a production plan the shop opens every morning.

DNA výroby was built with an ERP consultant who implements the method on real shop floors. I build the whole product: data model, API, scheduling engine and the shop-floor terminal. It runs on Cloudflare Workers; every site gets its own D1 database and its own file storage, with migrations and backups driven by script.

Four layers, a process you know up front.

Scope
I write down exactly what I deliver and for how much. The price is fixed, so if my estimate is wrong, that is my problem.

Build
Astro / Next.js / React, backend in Python or Node. You see the work in progress in regular previews.
03
Deploy
I set up the domain, SSL and hosting; for apps also the database, backups and automated tests. It runs before the invoicing is done.
04
Handover
You get the repository, access and a short guide. You won’t depend on me unless you want to.

Frequently asked questions.

What does it cost?
A fixed amount for a written scope. I quote right after one call, without a week of analysis. After that the price does not change unless the scope does.
How do you invoice?
As a registered contractor (VAT payer), in weekly milestones. The first week is a trial: if we don’t fit, you pay only for that week.
Do you subcontract for agencies?
Yes, under your brand. You stay the client’s partner. I never approach your clients, even after we stop working together.
Which stack?
Frontend: Astro, Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind. Backend: Node.js, Hono, Python, SQL (SQLite / D1 / Postgres). Ops: Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1. Testing: Playwright. Automation: n8n, Make. No WordPress, no Shopify.
How do you work with AI?
I work AI-native, and Claude Code is my main tool. I write code with an agent and own the architecture, review, tests and deployment myself. That is how I cover solo what usually takes a team.
Where are you?
Zlín, Czech Republic. In person across Moravia, otherwise remote.
