Scope
I write down exactly what I deliver and for how much. Fixed price — if my estimate is wrong, that is my problem.

Build
Astro / Next.js / React, backend in Python or Node. Continuous previews, no big reveal at the end.

Deploy
Cloudflare Pages / Workers, domain, DNS, SSL. The site is live before the invoicing is done.

Handover
Repository, access, a short guide. No dependency on me unless you want one.

Frequently asked questions.

What does it cost?
A fixed amount for a written scope. I quote after one call, not a week of analysis — and it does not change unless the scope does.
How do you invoice?
As a registered contractor (VAT payer). Weekly milestones; the first week is a trial — if we don’t fit, you pay only that week.
How much time do you have?
20 hours a week, long-term and steady. I am not available full-time.
Do you subcontract for agencies?
Yes — under your brand, you stay the client’s partner. I never approach your clients, even after we stop working together.
Which stack?
Frontend: Astro, Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind. Backend: Node.js, Python, Go, SQL (SQLite / D1 / Postgres). Ops: Cloudflare Pages, Workers, D1. Testing: Playwright. Automation: n8n, Make. No WordPress, no Shopify.
How do you work with AI?
AI-native. Claude Code is my main tool — I write code with an agent, but I own the architecture, review, tests and deployment. That is why I can cover solo what usually takes a team.
Where are you?
Zlín, Czech Republic. In person across Moravia, otherwise remote.
