Who processes your data

When you email me
This site has no forms. The only way to get in touch is by email. I process what you send me: your name, email address and the content of your message. I need it to reply and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps prior to entering a contract and my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry.
My email runs on Gmail by Google. I keep messages while we are discussing the matter. If we start working together, I keep the data as long as accounting and tax law requires.
Traffic measurement
I measure site traffic with Google Analytics 4, a service run by Google Ireland Ltd. It shows me how many people visit the site and which pages they read. I also measure clicks on the email link.
Measurement runs only with your consent from the cookie banner. Without consent, the Google Analytics script does not load at all. The legal basis is your consent. Data in Google Analytics is kept for 14 months. Google may transfer data to the USA. Such transfers fall under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How to change your choice
You can withdraw or change your consent anytime with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. You can also open the banner . After you withdraw consent, measurement stops and the Google Analytics cookies are deleted. This does not affect processing that happened before.
Fonts and hosting
The Inter and JetBrains Mono fonts are stored on this site. Loading them sends nothing to Google. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address when it delivers the page.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to have it corrected, erased or restricted. You can object to processing and you have the right to data portability. Just write to jm.minarik52@gmail.com. You can file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, uoou.gov.cz.
